Early to bed and early to rise, makes the man healthy, wealthy and wise. Friends, we heard this rhyme. Do we follow this? Was it only for passing the exam? No friends, here, I am going to share my life experience on how to getup early everyday.

I was so lazy. My routine was so bad when I used to do job after completion of my engineering study. I did not want to getup late but everyday, I was planning and set alarm too, but it was not working at all. I knew, this was my bad habit to wake up late and ignore morning walk and exercises.

Friends, I was checking this question on Quora, there are many peoples are answering the same. Here is my answer in short:

I just want to ask that why do you want to wakeup early? Wake up early is the good habit, we also heard that morning study is good. My grandfather used to say this. My friends were used to study late night, but I did not like this. I always prefer to study in the morning. I was used to wakeup early morning in the exam too and revise all things for the said examination.

I wanted to make this habit for everyday. But I could not able to do that. We have all knowledge about it, but could not able to implement it. I will talk in detail in this blog later on.

First Step To Follow For Waking up Early

Here I want to say that, very first step, if you want to wakeup early everyday in your life, you have to write your goal clearly and your goal should be very specific. So, take out your dairy and start writing the following things right now:

  1. Why do you want to wakeup early in the morning?
  2. Why do you want to wakeup early everyday in the morning?
  3. Do you want to do morning exercise? or you want to ignore it?
  4. At what time, you want to getup and why?
  5. After waking up, what is your programs? What do you want to do?
  6. Where do you want to go for workout after waking up early?
  7. What are the early preparations, you have to do for this?
  8. At what time, you have to go for sleep?
  9. If you sleep late sometime, when will you wakeup?
  10. How should I manage to wake up early in the morning?

Why do you want to wakeup early in the morning?

This is the very first question in our mind that why do we want to wake up early in the morning. We have to give clear instruction to our mind. Mind is our child and if we give clear instruction, it will obey your instruction. I(soul, energy, ruh) am the king and these sense organs(ear, eye, nose, hand, mouth) are my servants. I order and they will obey. I (Soul, Ruh, energy) has three more subtle organs which are mind, intellect and Impression(Sanskara). I order to my mind that have to wake up at 4 am in the morning. Now servant got this instruction, they have to follow strictly. So, we have give clear instruction to my mind and just give clear and specific reply of this question.

How should I manage to wake up early in the morning?

Absolutely. Someone asked me about this. He asked to me that please tell me how you getup early in the morning daily. Tell me your tricks.

I said, “Success comes from your habits” If you are earning too much, see your habits. You are not earning too much, see your habits.

Habits can make man successful. Do such work which you do not like, you will be successful. You watch TV daily basis, it has become your habit. You are not shaving beard daily basis, it has also become your habits.

I hope, you can understand what I mean. Start having good habits and become successful.

You have to think about it to wake up early. One day, go to bed early and when you getup first time in between of night then do not sleep again and go for warm up. From second day, it will become your habits. So, we have to leave all bad habit and imbibe the good habit now. It is very easy when you start the Rajyogi lifestyle. In which we have to leave all our bad habits of late night sleep, late dinner, watching tv before sleep etc. These are all your enemies of mind. It will spoil your daily routines.
